SOLVE THIS CASE

Dr H came with complaints of fungal infection on upper torso of body.
"I took anti-fungal, also took anti-helminthic for it.
It should not disturb my routine and I am worried about it infecting my son.
My patients will ask me about this which I won’t like. They will say you being a doctor can’t treat yourself.
I had been to picnic but I didn’t remove my shirt.
If it would come on exposed areas then I will have to take steroid to stop it. But since it harms the immunity I would like to avoid it".
